热固性聚酰亚胺树脂、胶黏剂、涂料及先进复合材料研究;


    自1998开始在中科院长春应用化学研究所开始研究生学习,师从聚酰亚胺界泰斗---丁孟贤先生,从事聚酰亚胺材料的制备与研究工作,2003年博士毕业;2004年至2005年在韩国高丽大学从事博士后研究,2005年至2007年在韩国LG化学公司技术研究院工作。研究领域涉及有机合成化学,高分子合成化学和高分子材料化学。

    2007年被中科院宁波材料所引进并聘为研究员,工作至今。先后入选浙江省 “钱江人才”计划支持、浙江省151人才工程第三层次、浙江省青年科学家、国家留学人员择优资助等。研究团队主要从事高性能聚酰亚胺材料的基础和应用研究,并有多年的研究积累,在聚酰亚胺分子设计、化工合成及放大、结构与性能关系等方面积累了丰富的经验。

主要研发技术:

1. 长期致力于低成本、热塑性聚酰亚胺工程塑料树脂制备技术的研发,树脂具有长期使用温度大于220℃,可采用熔融挤出、注塑成型加工,成本仅为国内外同等产品的50%左右等特点,其中两项聚酰亚胺树脂制备技术分别以650万和1500万转移给长春高琦公司和湖南航天新材料研究院有限公司;

2. 在太阳能基板、柔性显示等领域用无色透明聚酰亚胺薄膜方面开展了大量研究工作,分别与韩国LG、国内TCL等大型企业合作,共同开发相关薄膜材料,并主持一项国家863项目;

3. 在先进复合材料用热固性聚酰亚胺树脂、胶黏剂等领域开展了大量研究工作;

4. 在抗静电、高导电、高导热、耐电晕等功能性聚酰亚胺复合材料方面也开展了研发工作,部分技术已经完成实验室小试研究。

主要成果:

1. 承担包括国家863,科技部支撑在内的国家、省、市以及各类企业委托项目40多项,其中企业委托项目占约60%;

2. 先后申请专利40余项,授权17项(包括1项欧洲专利),技术转移4项;

3. 在国际著名期刊,如《Macromolecules》, 《J. Polym. Sci. Part A》, 《Polymer》,《Polymer Chemistry》等上发表文章50多篇;

4. 参编《特种工程塑料及应用》专著一部。
